Melissa Byington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare staffing industry. As Co-Founder and Board Member of Era Locums since September 2022, Melissa focuses on innovative solutions for physician staffing challenges. In addition, Melissa founded Acclivus Advisory in October 2018. Previously, Melissa served as Chief Executive Officer of Quest Healthcare Solutions from August 2022 to September 2025, leading initiatives in temporary staffing and permanent placements for a range of healthcare professionals. Melissa's expertise extends to advisory roles with Syncx and VeloSource, enhancing recruitment strategies in the healthcare sector. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Weber State University, obtained in 1995.
