Jan Kifer

Jan Kifer is a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience in Colorado, specializing in the Colorado Springs metro area for 22 years. Currently serving as a Broker Associate and Relocation Specialist at ERA Shields Real Estate since August 2006, Jan holds several certifications, including CRS, SRES, and NAR Certified Relocation Specialist, as well as Military Relo Certified. Prior to this role, Jan was the Broker/Owner at Pikes Peak HomeKeys, Inc./Metro Brokers from September 2005 to August 2006, where focus was placed on REO properties while developing a preference for working with homeowners and buyers.
