James Tan

James Tan is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Assistant Manager Human Resources at ERA Singapore since October 2023, focusing on Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement. Prior to this role, James held positions at The Barton Partnership from June 2021 to May 2023, contributing as both Senior Associate and Research Consultant in an executive recruitment firm with a global presence. Additionally, James worked at SATS Ltd. from July 2018 to June 2021 in various capacities, including Resource Planner and Operations Manager, and began a career as Front Desk Lead at AFTERSHOCK PC in early 2018. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Surrey, completed in 2017, and attended Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road) from 2006 to 2009.
