Tom Corte is a seasoned licensed Realtor at Matilla Realty Inc, where involvement spans from November 2001 to the present, specializing in Westside residential sales and leasing, commercial sales and leases, and serving as a foreclosure and short sale specialist. As a partner in the Corte & Wright team, Tom excels in professional BPO and CMA evaluations, providing first-time buyer counseling. Prior to real estate, Tom worked as a DSL Field Engineer at Verizon Enterprise Solutions Group from April 1984 to May 2001, contributing to the development of DSL broadband services and enhancing compatibility for high-end performance in South Bay Westside communities.
