Andrzej Biernacki

Andrzej Biernacki has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Andrzej started their career as a Software Designer and Programmer at Aldec in 1990. Andrzej then worked at IBM from 1992 to 1996 as a System Engineer, delivering services for UNIX midrange systems.

From 1997 to 2001, Andrzej worked at IBM as an IBM RS/6000 Product Manager and later as an IBM RS/6000 Product Sales Manager, where they successfully built a product sales organization and increased market share.

In 2002, they joined IBM as an IBM xSeries Product Sales Manager, managing product sales and partner channels in Poland. Andrzej achieved exceptional results, doubling the number of transactions closed by channel partners and obtaining a 10% growth in win rate.

In 2013, Andrzej worked at Sygnity S.A. as a Sales Manager Telco, before becoming an Independent Freelancer in 2012, where they served as an Interim Manager and Consultant.

Andrzej then joined Sales Performance International in 2014 as a Sales Consultant before joining Eracent in 2016 as the Vice President - European Sales. In their current role, they oversee the revenue target, builds sales channels, and manages direct sales activities for enterprise customers across Europe.

Andrzej Biernacki completed their Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automatics, and Metrology at Warsaw University of Technology from 1978 to 1982. In 2011, they pursued further education at Francuski Instytut Zarządzania, where they enrolled in an Executive MBA program. The duration of their studies at this institution was from 2011 to 2012.
