Pratiwi R. has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as a Stakeholder and one of the Family Business Owners at PT Widya Cipta Tehnik, a family-owned business specializing in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Maintenance. Pratiwi worked there until 2015.

From 2011 to 2015, Pratiwi R. worked as a Lecturer at Universitas Dinamika (Stikom Surabaya) and also served as a Laboratory Assistant and Co Laboratory Assistant during that time.

In 2018, they joined the Indonesian Embassy Warsaw - Indonesian General Election Committee and worked as an Indonesian Presidential Election Committee member for a brief period from April 2018 to June 2018.

Starting in 2018, Pratiwi R. joined Testronic, where they held multiple roles. Pratiwi started as a QA Technician and then moved up to the position of QA Analyst. Later, they became an Associate QA Lead, leading a team of 12-60 QA Technicians. Pratiwi'sresponsibilities included Quality Assurance, Analyst work, Daily Figure, Daily Report, Daily Team Staffing, Leadership, Business Communication, Regression, Jira, Jenkins, Swarm, Black Box testing, Manual test combination with daily automation check, Pushlist verification, and Agile methodologies. Pratiwi worked at Testronic until May 2021.

Most recently, in September 2022, Pratiwi R. began working at Eracent as a Junior Data Developer. Pratiwi has now been promoted to the role of Data Developer.

Pratiwi R. obtained an Associate's degree in Informatic Management from Universitas Dinamika (Stikom Surabaya) between 2006 and 2009. Pratiwi then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the same university, graduating in 2013. Pratiwi continued their education at Universitas Airlangga, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management from 2013 to 2015. Pratiwi further pursued their studies at the University of Lodz in 2015, focusing on Polish Language and completing a course. Finally, Pratiwi obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology between 2016 and 2018.
