Aline Clerc

Aline Clerc possesses extensive experience in environmental engineering and management. From January 1999 to October 2004, Aline worked at the Commission internationale pour la protection des eaux du Léman - CIPEL as an ingénieure-coordination des plans d'action, focusing on thematic group facilitation, monitoring action plan progress, and creating dashboards. Aline has served on the board of SEFA since January 2021 and held various roles at Etat de Vaud from February 2023 to September 2023, including Directrice ad interim and Directrice of DGE-DIREN. Furthermore, Aline was a member of the Federal Electricity Commission ElCom from August 2007 to December 2014, overseeing regulatory frameworks in the electricity sector. Additionally, Aline led the agriculture, environment, and energy sectors at the Fédération romande des consommateurs - FRC from 2004 to June 2014, engaging in political advocacy, project management, and communication initiatives. Aline holds a degree in rural engineering and environmental sciences from EPFL, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
