Philippe Muggli

Philippe Muggli is the Head of Finance Unit DGEP at Etat de Vaud since August 2015. Prior to this, Philippe held various roles including Business Unit Controller at Bobst Mex SA from 2002 to 2014, Chief Financial Officer at Boucledor SA from 1999 to 2002, Auditor at Ernst & Young from 1996 to 1999, and a Professor at ECOLE JEUNCOMM from 1993 to 1996. Philippe has a CAS in Public Finance and Economics from Université de Neuchâtel and a Licence en sciences économiques from HEC Lausanne.
