Austin EA has extensive experience in operations and business support within the training and energy sectors. Currently serving as General Manager Operations at Eram Group since August 2014, Austin leads efforts at Eram Skills Academy, focusing on equipping youth for careers in the Oil & Gas and Health Care industries. Prior to this role, Austin worked at PTL Solar Energy Pvt Ltd. from January 2008 to July 2014 as Manager - Business Support, contributing two years in Dubai and the remainder in Kerala.
