Sophie Bergerot

Sophie Bergerot is an experienced professional in contract and claim management, currently serving as the Head of Contract and Claim Management at Eramet since February 2012. In this role, Sophie manages the deployment of the Contract Management function across the Eramet Group and oversees risks and performance related to strategic contracts. Previously, Sophie held various roles at Eramet, including Project Risk & Contract Manager for a Lithium Development Project in Argentina, and has extensive experience in contract management and risk assessment. Prior to Eramet, Sophie worked at Technip in various capacities including Project Contract Manager for large LNG projects, and Contract Lawyer, gaining expertise in contractual negotiations, legal compliance, and project management. Sophie holds an LLM in International Business Law from Robert Gordon University and additional degrees in International Business and Business Law.
