Jessica Hale

Jessica Hale is a finance professional with extensive experience in diverse roles within the financial sector. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Torfaen Leisure Trust since November 2023 and as Head of Finance at Eramol since June 2023, Jessica previously held positions such as Senior Finance Manager at SMS plc, and held several roles at Monmouthshire Building Society, including Head of Finance and Finance Change Manager. Responsibilities have included overseeing a team, managing regulatory returns, preparing management accounts, and implementing financial systems. Jessica holds a degree in ACCA Accounting from the University of South Wales, completed in 2015, and attended St Albans RC High School from 2007 to 2009.
