Raoul Boomsma

Raoul Boomsma is an experienced data architect and project manager with a diverse background in information management and software development. Since November 2011, Raoul has been working at Erasmus MC, where roles include introducing the Research domain within the Information Management department and managing data migrations for new healthcare systems. Additionally, Raoul has coordinated IT solutions for clinical trials and developed web-based data management applications through Tree Systems. Previous roles include freelance software developer for Alfam Consumer Credit, project manager at Meeus and Pointlogic, and various positions at KPN Telecom focused on data quality and IT infrastructure. Raoul's educational background includes degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, complemented by early experience in software engineering and data analysis.
