Jesse Pols

Jesse Pols currently serves as the Coördinator ICT-helpdesk and First Line Support Agent at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, providing technical support to faculty, staff, and students. Jesse possesses extensive experience in IT support, having previously worked at Amsterdam UMC, BORN-IT Professionals, and other organizations where responsibilities included troubleshooting and optimizing IT environments for a diverse range of users. In addition to IT roles, Jesse manages social events for vulnerable groups through Lori Events. Academic credentials include a niveau 4 degree in ICT-beheer from ROC Davinci College, supplemented by relevant education at Techniek College Rotterdam and Albeda College.
