Noëlle Bynoe

Noëlle Bynoe is an experienced legal professional specializing in employment law and labor relations. Currently serving as an Arbeidsjurist at the Sociaal Fonds Particuliere Beveiliging within CAOP since February 2023, Noëlle translates collective labor agreements into actionable provisions and advises social partners on compliance and labor law issues. Previous roles include founding attorney at Elle Employment Law and à la carte advocaten, as well as a lecturer in employment law at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
