Hilman Hasyim Firdaus

Hilman Hasyim Firdaus is an experienced agronomist with a robust background in agronomy and agricultural consulting. Currently serving as the Agronomy & Farmer Excellence Lead at Eratani since October 2023, Hilman has significantly enhanced partner farmers' harvest yields and overall productivity. Prior experience includes a role as Agronomist Consultant at Wright Partners, focusing on developing agritech ventures in Indonesia, and positions with Provivi, Inc. where Hilman led innovative corn projects and coordinated extensive rice commodity trials. Previous roles also include field research and development positions at PT. Ragam Mandiri and Corteva Agriscience, and experience as a Lecture Practice Assistant at the University of Brawijaya. Hilman holds a Bachelor's degree in Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture from the University of Brawijaya and is recognized for contributions to various agricultural projects and initiatives.
