Sebastien Salmon

Sebastien SALMON has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Sebastien began their career at Accor as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in 2006 and later became the Director of F&B in 2010. In 2011, they joined Accor Hotels as an Operation Manager, where they were responsible for business development and ensuring guest satisfaction. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Mercure and Ibis Bangkok Siam, first as an Executive Assistant Manager and then as the General Manager. Their most recent position is with The Erawan Group PCL, where they have served as the Group Director of Operation since 2019 and was promoted to Senior Vice President Operations in September 2021.

Sebastien SALMON obtained a BTS in hotel and catering from Lycee hotelier Paul Augier Nice in 2002-2003. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from ESM/IAE Metz and completed it in 2004-2005.
