Taymara Melo has extensive experience in customer success and project management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Senior CX Projects Specialist in the Latam region at Erbon Software since June 2020, Taymara has previously held roles at Omnibees, where responsibilities included managing client accounts and optimizing performance for travel operators and TMCs. Taymara's career also includes key positions in operational support, service desk management, and the development of departments related to car rentals and customer services. A graduate of the Universidade de São Paulo with a degree in Leisure and Tourism, Taymara's background includes internships at the Ministry of Tourism in São Paulo and the InterContinental Hotel, providing a solid foundation in hospitality and customer relations.
