Marcin Kasprzak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the media industry. Marcin began their career as a freelancer journalist for Grupa Onet.pl SA and Classic Auto in 2011, where they regularly contributed to publications. In 2010, they worked as a Lead Project Manager at Malemen Thinktank Societ, taking charge of organizing events and managing budgets. Marcin then moved on to Next Media in 2010, where they contributed to the creation of a luxury men's lifestyle magazine and oversaw its online platform and social media presence. From 2012 to 2016, Marcin worked at Marquard Media Polska as a Editor for magazines "Esquire" and "Playboy," responsible for content creation and coordinating photoshoots. In 2017, Marcin joined Agora SA as the Editor-in-Chief for "Logo" magazine, where they managed a team of 10 and handled all aspects of the publication. Marcin also held the position of Head of Marketing / PR / ESG / IR in ERBUD Group from September 2020. Additionally, Marcin has worked as a journalist for Olimpiady Specjalne Polska, focusing on promoting inclusion and sports.
