Ritjana Ceveli

Ritjana Ceveli is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, executive search, and investment management. Currently serving as a Member of the 30% Club since February 2021, Ritjana promotes gender diversity in MENA's leadership and Board levels through ERC International, where Ritjana has been the Chief Executive Officer since 2017, focusing on increasing female representation and integrating GCC talent into the workforce. Previous roles include CEO at Evanson Training and Managing Director of Asset Management at Ridge Capital Holdings, where Ritjana led the asset management division and initiated the first Global Islamic Fund of Funds. Ritjana's earlier experience includes investment expertise at Masdar and Dubai Investment Group, as well as roles in equity trading and fund management with Naeem Holding and Aberdeen Asset Management. Ritjana holds an MSc in European Political Economy and a BSc in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with an IB Diploma from Red Cross Nordic United World Colleges.
