Erica Belue

Erica Belue is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience at ERCOT since October 2009, currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst. Responsibilities include coordinating budget reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as leading the biannual company budget development and financial modeling to support leadership decisions. Prior roles at Kforce Inc. and the City of Oakland solidified Erica's skills in project tracking and management. Erica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Huston-Tillotson University and an Associate’s Degree from Temple College.
