Jeff Billo

Jeff Billo has a diverse work experience, starting in 1997 with KONE as a Mechanical Engineer until December 2000, then as a Team Lead from January 2001 to August 2002. In 2004, they joined ERCOT, where they held roles such as Planning Engineer 2 from January 2004 to April 2006, Senior Planning Engineer from May 2006 to November 2008, Supervisor of System Development from December 2008 to April 2010, Manager of Transmission Planning from May 2010 to March 2015, and Senior Manager of Transmission Planning from March 2015 to December 2020. Currently, they are the Director of Operations Planning at ERCOT, starting in January 2021.

Jeff Billo completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from LeTourneau University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they pursued further education at The University of Texas at Austin and obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from 2002 to 2003.
