Kathryn Thurman

Kathryn Thurman is a seasoned Data Analyst Senior at ERCOT since September 2003, where responsibilities include creating business requirements, developing training materials, and overseeing testing processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior experience as a Programmer Analyst at Dell from January 2001 to September 2003 involved SQL development and systems design for SCM Data Central and Atlas projects. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Computer Information Systems from Park University, obtained between 1998 and 2000.
