Kristee Watts

Kristee Watts has extensive experience in program management and business analysis, currently serving as the ERP Program Manager Lead and previously as a Senior Business Analyst at ERCOT since July 2013. Prior to this role, Kristee was the Training Director at the United Way of Williamson County from August 2010 to May 2013, where a training program was developed and executed, resulting in a significant increase in services provided. Earlier career experience includes working as a Senior Systems Analyst at Sears Holdings Corporation from August 1993 to March 2004, where responsibilities included analyzing business needs and managing project implementations, and as a Business Systems Analyst at TSYS from January 1990 to August 1991, focusing on the design and development of banking processing systems. Kristee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
