Phillip M. has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as an Account Manager at ERCOT since August 2020. Prior to this role, Phillip held various positions at Direct Energy, including Manager of Upstream Compliance and Shift Supervisor, from February 2006 to August 2020. Phillip's earlier experience includes working as an Operations Technician at Austin Energy from January 2004 to January 2006, focusing on chiller plant commissioning, maintenance, and operations, as well as serving as a Control Room Operator at NRG Energy from June 2001 to January 2004, where responsibilities included the operations and maintenance of a large gas-fired power plant. Phillip is also a graduate of the Naval Nuclear Program.
