Ander Melgar Gonzalez

Ander Melgar Gonzalez is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on maintenance and projects in the industrial water treatment sector. Currently, as an Ingeniero de Mantenimiento y Proyectos at Ercros since April 2018, Ander supports engineering and maintenance areas, overseeing project definition, contracting, supervision, and implementation. Previously, as Jefe de Servicios Auxiliares y Depuradora, responsibilities included managing the industrial wastewater treatment facility and supervising a team of three operators. Prior experience at CADAGUA involved roles such as Capataz de Explotación y Proceso and Ingeniero de Mantenimiento, focusing on the maintenance and operation of water treatment plants.
