Prior to this, Esther gained experience in product development roles at companies such as MAES London, Christopher Kane, and Shrimps London Ltd. Esther also has a background in retail and workroom assistance from their time at various fashion companies. Esther holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Auckland University of Technology.
