Esther Leonard is currently working as an RTW Product Development Manager at ERDEM. Prior to this, Esther gained experience in product development roles at companies such as MAES London, Christopher Kane, and Shrimps London Ltd. Esther also has a background in retail and workroom assistance from their time at various fashion companies. Esther holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Auckland University of Technology.
