Vincent Shiely

Vincent Shiely is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Partner at Lubar & Co. since January 2011, Shiely also holds the position of Chairman at Rockland Flooring, ChemDesign Products, Inc., Drilltec, Zero Zone, and Shared Imaging, LLC, all since 2012 or 2013. In addition, Shiely has been an active Board Member for various companies, including ERDMAN since April 2023, Lake Express since March 2015, Ixonia Bank since April 2014, and American Pasteurization Company LLC since May 2011. Shiely's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Marquette University.
