Steve Tipton is an experienced software development professional with expertise in cloud infrastructure and application development. Currently serving as Lead Developer at eRecording Partners Network since January 2023, Steve leads a team in developing an advanced eRecording platform. Previously, as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Old Republic Title, Steve focused on DevSecOps and infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Steve has held various roles, including .NET Developer at ARRAY, Senior Software Engineer at SYNRGO, and Software Engineer positions at InnovaSystems International, LLC and Dominion Marine Media, LLC. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from Regent University and several earlier academic credentials.

Since our founding, eRecording Partners Network (ePN) has focused exclusively on overcoming challenges in the document recording industry. Even with the spread of electronic recording, many in the document recording industry are hampered by small size, specific partnerships and homegrown software solutions, all of which limit their eRecording options. Submitters want to be able to communicate with any county in their region, and jurisdictions want to be able to receive documents from all legitimate submitters. We make this possible, but go one step further with best-in-breed software integration and highly experienced and helpful staff members.
