Ryan Merrill

Ryan Merrill has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2005, they worked as a Budget Analyst for the Department of Defense, where they developed an Access database to improve accounting accuracy. From 2007 to 2007, they worked as a Secondary Analyst at Meridias Capital, where they saved $500,000 by building data management tools. In 2009, they were an Associate at University Venture Fund, where they developed a market penetration strategy for Ryder. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Medicare Consultant at Extend Health. In 2010, they co-founded a successful pollination company called Mason Bees, and from 2010 to 2014, they managed the company. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at University Medical Billing as a Financial Management Analyst, IT Supervisor, and Business Intelligence Manager. Currently, they are the Manager of Business Intelligence at eReinsure.

Ryan Merrill earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Utah, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business with a concentration in Information Systems and Finance from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Ryan Merrill holds a Tableau Certified Data Analyst certification, obtained from Tableau in August 2022.
