Samantha Ravenscroft

Samantha found she had a love of reading at a very young age, but it wasn’t until she was 10 years old that she discovered a love for writing as well, mainly through poetry. Since then, most of Samantha’s free time has gone to filling notebooks with poems, short stories, and random character ideas.

It wasn’t until college that Samantha found a love of editing while reviewing essays written by her peers. In between studies, Samantha spent time interning as a copyeditor with a celebrity magazine, and also assisted as Design Editor on her school’s literary magazine. Samantha graduated from the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor’s in Professional Writing.

Now Samantha spends much of her free time attempting to make a dent in her never-ending Netflix queue and scouring “The Book Thing of Baltimore” for new books to fill the limited spaces in her bookshelf.
