Théo Dupont currently serves as the Manager of the digital strategy department at Eres since May 2020, overseeing a team of seven in executing the firm’s digital initiatives within the employee savings and retirement sector. Théo has previously held roles including Product Owner and Digital Project Intern at Eres, focusing on UX design for digital tools. Théo's experience extends to roles such as Assistant to the President of the Conseil départemental de l'Aisne and Parliamentary Assistant to Marc Delatte at Assemblée nationale. With internships at SFR in project management, Société Générale, and Boury Tallon & Associés, Théo has developed a solid foundation in both corporate and public management. Théo holds a dual-degree in Corporate and Public Management from HEC Paris and Sciences Po, complemented by an exchange year at the University of Sydney.
