Harry Tolfree is a distinguished executive search professional with extensive experience in high-growth and transformation sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Erevena since April 2012, Harry focuses on recruitment for some of the fastest-growing companies, including VC and growth equity-backed firms, as well as publicly traded and privately held organizations. Prior to this role, Harry held positions at Salt as a Principal and Senior Associate, specializing in enterprise software recruitment, and worked as a Consultant at a Specialist Technology Recruitment Consultancy, where the focus was on executive-level searches in venture and private equity-backed technology companies. Earlier in the career, Harry gained diverse experience at St James's Place Academy in wealth management and managed a ski rental shop in Meribel.
