Kevin Elderfield

Kevin Elderfield is an experienced executive search professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently a Partner at Erevena since November 2013, Kevin focuses on recruiting Board and C-suite executives for high-growth, innovative investor-backed companies. Prior to Erevena, Kevin co-owned Lonmoor Limited from September 2009 to October 2013, and held the position of Head of EMEA Executive Search at Kenexa for a year following its acquisition of Quorum International, where Kevin served as Director for a decade. Kevin's entrepreneurial spirit is also reflected in the establishment of @Afrika, an inbound tour operation in South Africa. Early career experience includes various roles in sales management at VNU Business Publications. Kevin holds a Joint Hons degree in Modern Languages and European Economic Studies from the University of Bath.
