Matt Vaadi

Matt Vaadi is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with notable experience in digital marketing and organizational leadership. Currently serving as CEO of guHRoo since July 2014 and Chief Executive Officer of Underdog Digital since December 2019, Matt has developed innovative processes that significantly boosted lead generation for clients. As the Founder and President of the Board of Directors at GrowCo Columbia from September 2019 to December 2023, Matt guided the organization in fostering local business growth. Prior roles include Sr. Sales Executive at a tech company and District Manager at The big red machine. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and also studied at the State University of New York at Oswego.
