Michele Pedemonte

Michele Pedemonte has extensive work experience in finance and corporate roles. Michele started their career in 1999 as a Business Development Analyst at Marconi Communications. Michele then worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Andersen Corporate Finance from 2001 to 2002. Michele joined Meliorbanca Gallo & C. in 2002 as a Manager and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they also worked briefly as a Manager at Centrobanca Spa. – UBI Group. Since 2006, Michele has been with ERG SpA, where they held multiple roles including Head of Structured Finance and Head of Finance. Currently, they serve as the CFO of ERG SpA. In their roles at ERG, they were responsible for financial planning, structured finance, and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Michele Pedemonte completed their education with a focus on Economics and Management. Michele attended the Università degli Studi di Genova from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Laurea degree. During the same period, they also pursued a degree in economia e commercio at the Facoltà di Economia within the same institution. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1994, they attended Liceo G Calasanzio, though no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
