Lhacya Walters

Lhacya Walters has several years of experience in customer service and training roles. Lhacya currently works at Ergeon as a Senior Customer Specialist, where they provide high-touch sales support to customers and mentors junior team members. Prior to this, Lhacya worked at Sutherland for several years. Lhacya held the roles of Site Training Manager, where they launched multiple sites and programs and managed a training team, and Lead New Hire Trainer, where they created and facilitated training materials and supervised new hire progression. Lhacya also worked as a Customer Service Associate, providing phone, email, and chat support to customers and handling escalated calls.

Lhacya Walters attended Manchester High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Lhacya then pursued further education at The University of the West Indies, Mona, from 2010 to 2014. During their time there, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Education.
