Bessem Ayari

Bessem Ayari is a seasoned professional in innovation strategy and management with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. At ERGO Group AG, Bessem served as the Global Head of Innovation Strategy & Scouting, along with roles including Executive Assistant to the Chief Digital Officer and Manager of Innovation Scouting & Venturing from August 2021 to March 2023. Currently, Bessem holds the position of GDV Young Leader at GDV Gesamtverband der Deutschen Versicherungswirtschaft e.V., focusing on investments in innovation through December 2024. Bessem also contributed as a Guest Lecturer on Business Model Innovation at Hochschule Niederrhein from March 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes founding UNBEFANGENHEIT, an innovation agency, and working as a Senior Management Consultant in Strategic Innovation at PwC. Bessem's academic credentials include an Executive Program in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School and a degree in Experience Design from KAOSPILOT.
