Dr. Golo Wiemer

Dr. Golo Wiemer is a distinguished legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal Health Insurance at ERGO Group AG since July 2023. In addition, Dr. Wiemer is a member of the advisory board at the Institute for Insurance Law at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf and a lecturer on private health insurance law at Hagen Law School since March 2023. Previously, Dr. Wiemer held the position of Head of Legal at AXA Health Insurance from October 2019 to July 2023 and worked at KPMG and PwC Deutschland in legal roles from 2015 to 2019. Dr. Wiemer's academic background includes a doctoral degree and a state examination in law from the University of Cologne, complemented by a study period at Université d'Auvergne.
