Irina Sedelnikova

Irina Sedelnikova is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and implementation of IFRS standards. Currently serving as the Head of the Accounting Department at ERGO Group AG since May 2019, Irina leads teams focused on financial reporting and reinsurance accounting. Previous roles include Project Manager for IFRS 17 initiatives and Executive Assistant to the Group CFO, where Irina facilitated organizational transformation. With a history of senior management positions at PwC, Irina has driven IFRS 17 implementation projects and provided consulting services globally. Irina's career also includes significant contributions to IFRS advisory for major financial institutions during tenures at Deloitte and PwC. Irina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research.
