Maurice Tibbe

Maurice Tibbe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Head of Bancassurance Germany at ERGO Group AG since June 2020, Maurice has also held roles in transformation and project management. Prior to this position, Maurice was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting GmbH - Monitor Deloitte from January 2017 to May 2020. Earlier career experiences include consulting and coaching roles at the Rotterdam School of Management, internships at BMW Group and ERA Consulting & Management GmbH, and student consultancy with Capgemini Consulting. Maurice holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen and a Master's in Strategic Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
