Sina Hilgers

Sina Hilgers currently serves as the Bereichsleiterin Kautionsversicherung at ERGO Group AG, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Sina Hilgers worked at Bain & Company from June 2006 to July 2023, advancing to the title of Associate Partner. Educational qualifications include a Doktor der Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften obtained from RWTH Aachen University between 2008 and 2011, as well as a Master's degree in International Economic Studies from Maastricht University, completed in 2006.
