Agnija Viba

Agnija Viba has extensive experience in the finance and HR sectors, currently serving as the Head of Compensation and People Analytics Department and Head of HR Department at ERGO Latvia since August 2010. Prior to this, Agnija held the position of Deputy Investment Officer at ERGO Insurance Companies in the Baltics. Agnija's career includes roles as Corporate Product Manager at GE Money Bank from July 2008 to August 2010 and Product Manager at AS DnB NORD Banka from 2006 to 2008. Academically, Agnija holds an MBA in Finance from Riga Business School, completed between 2007 and 2012, and a BBA in Financial Management from Ventspils Augstskola, earned from 2001 to 2005.
