Alise Jansone

Alise Jansone currently serves as the People Development and Training Project Manager for ERGO Latvia since August 2016, also holding the role of Training and Development Project Lead. Prior experience includes various positions at Accenture from May 2009 to June 2016, such as Training Coordinator, Country Supply/Demand Lead, HR Talent Fulfilment Specialist, PMO, and HR Assistant. Alise's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Biznesa augstskola Turība and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Latvijas Universitate, as well as studies at Alises Rozes Dizaina Studija.
