Ineta Reitere

Ineta Reitere is a seasoned professional in the field of auditing and quality management, currently serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at ERGO Insurance SE Latvian branch since October 2007. Prior experience includes roles as an auditor at the State Employment Agency and various positions at the Mortgage and Land Bank of Latvia, including Deputy Head of Quality Management Department and Analyst of Credit Department. Ineta's career began at Latvijas Krājbanka as a Lecturer in the Training Centre of the HR Division, and further included a role as Program Coordinator at the Academic Program Agency. Ineta holds a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management from Rigas Tehniska Universitate and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Latvijas Universitate.
