Kristaps Spundiņš

Kristaps Spundiņš currently serves as the Head of IT Development Department in Baltics at ERGO Latvia since May 2024. Previously, Kristaps held various leadership roles at If Insurance from September 2012 to June 2024, including Head of Nordic Delivery for the Baltic IT Unit, as well as Head of Software Development and Scrum Master/Tech Lead. Kristaps began the career as a Software Developer at ITS-2 from September 2005 to October 2011, contributing to enterprise resource planning software development and software architecture. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Web Developer at Ozols Grupa and as an IT Specialist at LBS International Conferences. Academic qualifications include studies at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte and Latvijas Universitate.
