Olga Beile

Olga Beile is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of the DWH department and Business Solutions and Analysis Lead at ERGO Latvia since September 2015. Previously, Olga held significant positions at BALTA apdrošināšana as the Head of product management and underwriting unit from June 2014 to September 2015, and at RSA group (BALTA in Latvia) as the Deputy Head of Portfolio management team and portfolio manager from February 2008 to January 2013. Career beginnings included roles at BTA Baltic Insurance Company AAS as a liability underwriter and portfolio manager, at Insurance and finance partners as an insurance project manager, and at AK Alianse as a travel and PA insurance specialist. Olga's educational background includes a Master of Science in Marketing from Latvian University, a Bachelor in Economics, and a Bachelor in Accounting and Finance from RAI, along with a professional qualification in IT science from Riga State College.
