Dani Spenceley

Dani Spenceley serves as the Head of Adoption and Change Management at Ergo since January 2019, leading the Change Management Practice and delivering large-scale IT programs across various industries. Prior experience includes the role of Business Change Manager at Whitbread from September 2010 to December 2018, where Change Management was focused on IT implementation projects. Dani's background also includes positions at TGI Fridays as Lead Trainer in the Change Team and General Manager, as well as roles at Mitchells & Butlers PLC as Quality Service Manager and Pre Opening Training Manager, responsible for training and support for new site openings. Additionally, a Deputy General Manager position involved management across multiple sites in the region. Education was completed at LaSWAP.
