Daniel Carroll

Daniel Carroll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience and business analysis, specializing in Office365 and SharePoint environments. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Ergo since February 2018, Daniel previously held roles at Arup as a Senior Business Analyst, leading projects focused on Intranet rebranding and enterprise search solutions. Prior positions include business analyst roles at HCL Technologies, where Daniel led user experience design for Deutsche Bank's website, and the LEGO Group, managing the transition to an Office 365 environment. Additional experience includes serving as a SharePoint Business Analyst for the Civil Aviation Authority and GlaxoSmithKline, as well as foundational roles in project management and engineering. Daniel holds a B.Eng in Structural Engineering from Technological University Dublin.
