Leonardo Cardoso

Leonardo Cardoso is an experienced network professional with a robust background in technical support and network engineering. Currently serving as a Network Tech Leader at BT Ireland since January 2022 and a Network Engineer Level 3 at Ergo since August 2017, Leonardo has a comprehensive skill set that includes working with Cisco routers, switches, and Fortigate firewalls. Previous roles include Senior Network Analyst at Accenture Brasil and Technical Support Analyst positions at Telefônica Brasil, tgestiona, Linx S.A., and Atento Brasil, where expertise in MPLS, Frame-Relay, and WAN incident solutions was demonstrated. Leonardo holds a Master of Technology in Information Technology from FIAP and completed a course at Netbrain University in January 2024.
