Irene Davidson, Cert (IM), has been working as an Engagement Manager at Ergo since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at BDO USA, LLP for several years, where they held various roles in Investigative Due Diligence. Their positions at BDO included Manager from July 2016 to June 2021, Senior Associate from August 2014 to June 2016, and Litigation Associate from May 2012 to July 2014.

Irene Davidson, Cert (IM), completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Women's Studies at William & Mary from 2006 to 2010. Irene then pursued a Paralegal Certificate at Long Island University in 2012.
